The Technical Support service of rete OIP aims to optimize the provision of assistance simplifying the request and supply processes.

To provide a better service, we use a ticket system. Each service request is assigned a unique ticket number that can be used to track progress and on-line responses.
The complete archives and the history of all the inserted requests will be available.
Only a requirement: a valid e-mail address to send a ticket.
